Investing in the Success of Kids, Inc. is a Nonprofit Agency. The goal is to fundraise and provide money for extra-curricular activities that are available to children who are being raised by someone other than their biological/adoptive parents. It will create opportunities for children to participate in activities which will help pave their way to success. Participation in sports, dance, theater, camp, girl and boy scouts, art, music, etc are vital in a child’s development to create SUCCESSFUL and PRODUCTIVE adults. People who are raising or assisting in the raising of other people’s children face many challenges. Keeping the children busy, focused and engaged in activities is an incredible piece of the puzzle in childhood development. Given the growing number of children in this situation and their caregivers; it is the goal of this nonprofit to keep kids engaged in positive activities which will increase their self esteem. These activities are expensive and time consuming. With funds to cover the expenses of these extracurricular activities, one worry can be off the caregiver’s plate. The caregivers can confidently pursue activities that will give these children a skill set that will benefit them forever.
